Job Duties
．Heads the Project Management team and are responsible for day to day operation of the team.
．Liaise with the in-house operational team and content design consultancy on detail themepark architectural planning.
．Monitor the performance of various consultancies employed for the themepark project.
．Monitor the costing, quality control and implementation schedule of projects.
．Representing the company to liaise with government on various stages.
．Head the China project team and monitor project & site progress.
Qualifications
．Mature, enthusiastic and share the vision of this project.
．Min. 15 years of experience in project management, construction, design. 3 years of which must be in project management and managerial level.
．Min. 5 years of China project experience.
．Degree holders in architecture, engineering, project management, construction, surveying or a related discipline
．Member of HKIA/HKIE/HKIP or related discipline
．Strong in communication and negotiation.
．Familiar with every stages of China statutory submission procedure.
．Fluent in English and Mandarin
．Station in China is NOT required but frequent travel may be required.

Assistant General Manager (Park Operation)
Responsibilities:
．To lead and formulate the operation team in managing the overall themepark planning
．To ensure that the design intent is integrated into the facility design and the interface with Rides and Show / Productions is achieved
．To formulate the strategic operational plans that support overall guest and employee satisfaction
．To assist in the hiring and training programs
Qualifications:
．Sound and relevant hands-on experience in themepark planning and operation
Contracts Manager
Responsibilities:
．In-house Quantity Surveyor to monitor procurement procedures and establish methodologies for large scale tender process
Qualifications:
．Relevant professional degree / certificate in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
．Professional qualification is preferred
．Minimum 10 years relevant experience in large scale development, hospitality services or themepark projects
．Experience in large scale PRC construction / interior design / fitting out field
Structural Engineer
Responsibilities:
．To check and monitor consultants' structural design works
．To facilitate the project management team structural design solutions in terms of effective time and cost management
Qualifications:
．Chartered HKIE or equivalent, Degree qualified in Structural or Civil Engineering
．Over 8 years experience in structural design on high end projects, previous PRC experience a definite advantage
